¿Qué cara se te pondría si al abrir un paquete en el que esperas recibir un libro sobre World of Warcraft recibes en su lugar “My Take”, la biografía oficial de Gary Barlow, uno de los cantantes de Take That? Suena a broma forzada y artificial, (sobre todo por aquello del sujeto en cuestión que protagoniza tan interesante libro) pero tan real como mi cara al sacar de la caja dicho título. Una broma de muy mal gusto de la que no tardé en dar cuenta al servicio de atención al cliente de la tienda. Un servicio que hoy me contestaba con el siguiente email:
Dear JOSÉ MANUEL M.

will dispatch the correct item immediately.

So that you are not charged for the incorrect item sent to you, please

Traducido y resumido: he de perder mi tiempo y de momento, también mi dinero para que me envíen el pedido que solicité hace ya más de dos semanas.
Se da además la casualidad que, de todas las compras que hasta el momento había realizado en Internet, (y ya son unas cuantas) sólo había tenído un problema previo… también con Play.com con un paquete que nunca llegó a su destino.
No obstante si álguien se siente atraído por esta apasionante biografía, por favor, que me lo haga saber antes de enviárselo de nuevo a estos hijos de la Gran Bretaña.
